Each solid gelatin capsule contains:

Potassium Iodide BP is equivalent to iodine             100 mcg

Sodium Selenite Is Equivalent to Selenium BP         55 mcg

Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) BP                                  400 IU

Lycopene (10%), USP                                                    5000 mcg

Dosage: Adults take 1 capsule a day for 3 months. Pregnant women take 1 capsule a day during pregnancy and lactation.
